At Tree of Light, each gathering is held as a sacred space of integrity, compassion, and deep healing. These guidelines help us maintain a field where every participant feels safe, supported, and honored.

🌸 Arriving & Honoring the Space

Your presence matters. We lovingly ask that you arrive 5 minutes early so you have time to settle in, breathe, and ease into the energy of the circle before we begin. Arriving on time honors your energy, the group’s energy, and the intention we hold together.

🌙 A Safe & Respectful Healing Environment

We gather with the shared intention of deep healing in a space that is welcoming, respectful, and safe for all.

If any actions or behaviors disrupt the harmony of the container, the participant will be gently—and immediately—removed from the virtual room to protect the comfort and safety of the group.

💛 For Our Beloved Practitioners

We cherish our fellow practitioners. In this circle, however, everyone is invited to receive.

All guest practitioners are here strictly as receivers, not facilitators. Our application process for active facilitators and circle practitioners is currently closed.

🌐 Technology & Zoom Etiquette

To support a smooth and connected experience, please check your technology ahead of time so you feel comfortable using Zoom.

We ask that you:

• Join with your camera on, if possible

• Keep your microphone off unless invited to speak

If having your camera on doesn’t feel comfortable, that’s completely okay — your presence is enough. Keeping microphones muted helps maintain a peaceful, uninterrupted healing space.

💬 Connecting During the Session

If you need support or wish to connect with a Tree of Light practitioner during the session, please use the private Chat function.

Send your message directly to the session’s facilitator rather than to the full group. This helps maintain the sacredness and boundaries of the circle.

📨 Connecting Before or After the Session

You are welcome to reach out to us anytime before or after a session at info@treeoflighthealing.org.

A member of our team will respond within 48 hours. We are here to support you, guide you, and walk alongside you on your healing journey.

🌿 Reciprocity & Energy Exchange

In the spirit of reciprocity, we honor the sacred exchange that occurs when healing is offered and received. As a way of balancing the energy of the circle, we ask for a contribution of $25–$125 for each session.

If you are truly unable to pay, you are still fully welcome — no questions asked — and in that case we invite a small $5 contribution to honor the exchange in a way that feels accessible.
